How it works
The process we employ to create stunning photos that capture both the darkest corners and the brightest windows is High Dynamic Range (HDR) imaging. This technique involves capturing three separate photos: one underexposed to preserve the details of bright windows and light sources, one correctly exposed, and one overexposed to ensure that even the darkest areas are visible.
Under Exposed Regularly Exposed Over Exposed

Once we leave the property, the editing process begins. We start by merging the photos, ensuring the final image is properly exposed. From there, we apply additional fine-tuning and adjustments to carefully enhance every detail, presenting the property in a way that allows potential buyers to fully appreciate its unique features and potential.

Since it’s not always possible to schedule the ideal weather for a property shoot, we use advanced editing techniques to ensure each property is presented in the best possible light, regardless of the weather conditions
